Friendly helpful staff with a well stocked showroom where you can see which product will work best for your requirements. No discounts off RRP, but showrooms aren't cheap to stock and maintain. It's worth it to ensure you get what you need.

I went to Truracks to have some corrective work done on my Rhino Rack ( had been fitted by another dealer who was not an authorised dealer ) , and while there I got talking to Dean at the front counter about long term plans for my Patrol . Ended up requesting a quote for the rack work and also a high lift jack . Truracks emailed the quote the next business day and I also received a follow up call to see if there were any aspects of the quote I wanted to discuss . We talked about a few things and I was pleased to find out that they were quite happy to quote on some upcoming electrical work and that the work would be done by their own staff ( Not outsourced to a contractor ) , this really lends confidence to the job knowing that the people you deal with in store are putting their name to the quality of the job ! Suffice it to say I was happy with the work done so far and will definitely be be getting a quote for the upcoming work .

TruRacks staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable with towbars, and very friendly. The installation of my particular towbar was done very well and I am very happy with the end result. As I am able to remove the actual tow ball itself that is an added bonus.

Truracks supplied and installed a Towbar kit to my RAV4. Very knowledgeable and professional team. The indicators had a fast blink rate after the installation. They found a blown bulb and switched that over, and everything is perfect. Would highly recommend them.
