Tube Materials

The tubular construction of the Series 2 Nudge Bar ensures great strength. All ECB tubes are T6 Hi-Tensile alloy extrusions which are mandrel bent on ECB’s state of the art, fully automated Mandrel Bender. This provides for smooth bends at exacting and consistent measurements. The centre tube of the Series 2 Nudge Bar is either manufactures from 63mm x 4.2mm extruded tube, or 76mm x 4.75mm extruded tube.

ECB 76mm Nudge Bar to suit Toyota Rav4 (GX and GXL)

This ECB Nudge Bar has been designed specifically to suit the all new Toyota RAV4 (GX and GXL) and will provide frontal protection and enhance the aesthetics of the vehicle. Designed and manufactured in Australia to suit our harsh conditions, this Nudge Bar is formed from high tensile alloy tubing that will never rust or corrode. ECB Nudge Bars comes standard with spotlight mounting tabs. Our Nudge Bars are built stronger than poorer quality, thinner sectioned imported stainless steel alternatives and all ECB products come with a lifetime warranty. Your ECB Nudge Bar is available in a mirror polished finish or choose from one of our low maintenance powder coat finishes.

All ECB tubes are T6 Hi-Tensile alloy extrusions which are mandrel bent on ECB”s state of the art, fully automated Mandrel Bender. This provides for smooth bends at exacting and consistent measurements. The 76mm tube featured on this Nudge Bar has an industry leading 4.75mm wall thickness. Light and Strong.

Lower Protection Plate

The 76mm ULTRA Nudge Bar features a 4mm Hi-Tensile alloy plate for added protection from low lying hazards which can damage your vehicles bumper or cooling equipment. Precision CNC cut and folded for extra strength.  The Lower Protection Plate secures to the Nudge Bar via four M8 Stainless Steel Button Caps Bolts to two 6mm folded tabs which are welded to the tube. Stylish in appearance, the 76mm Ultra Nudge Bar adds terrific protection, style and value to your vehicle.

ECB’s Series 2 Nudge Bar is made in Australia and provides increased frontal protection for the most vulnerable parts of your vehicle in the event of an animal strike and allow you to add multiple lighting options. The sporty & sleek design will add to the look of your vehicle while adding minimal weight.

All Series 2 Nudge Bars are manufactured from Hi-Tensile mandrel bent alloy tube from an industry leading tube wall thickness that will never rust, nor corrode, and secured to the vehicle with a specific engineered plasma cut steel mount for the best fit possible. All Series 2 Nudge Bars come with spotlight mounting tabs for lights up to 1.75kg.

ECB Series 2 Nudge Bar

This ECB Series 2 Nudge Bar has been designed specifically to suit the current model Toyota HiLux WorkMate/Lo-Rider 2WD (06/19 & on) and will provide frontal protection and enhance the aesthetics of the vehicle. Designed and manufactured in Australia to suit our harsh conditions, this Series 2 Nudge Bar is designed with a lower centre tube to provide bumper and grille protection and is formed from high tensile alloy tubing that will never rust or corrode. This Series 2 Nudge Bar comes standard with inverted spotlight mounting tabs to mount lights below the lower centre bar. Our Series 2 Nudge Bars are built stronger and substantially lighter than poorer quality, thinner sectioned imported stainless steel alternatives and come with a lifetime warranty. Your ECB Series 2 Nudge Bar is available in a mirror polished finish or choose from one of our low maintenance powder coat finishes.
